Russo originally hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina, which she thinks makes her sound more interesting. In truth, her parents emigrated when she was 9 months old, so it's not like she had a say in the matter. After a short stint on the East Coast, her parents moved to the Inland Empire in the 70s, which is where Russo really feels at home.
Russo is the co-owner and editorial director for The Bright Side Project, a giveaway blog devoted to delivering sunshine daily. She also writes about whatever pleases her at her personal blog, Pancakes and French Fries. Sadly, Russo is watching her figure and therefore does not eat pancakes or French fries with any sort of regularity.
