Reebok children’s windsuits, sold exclusively at Mervyn’s, Toys “R” Us and Babies “R” Us, are being recalled due to reports that the Reebok logo appliqué on the jacket’s clear, rubber-zipper pull can detach and pose a choking or aspiration hazard. The suits were sold in sizes newborn through 7 in a variety of color combinations. Consumers can simply cut off and discard the clear, rubber-zipper pull or they can return the suit for a replacement. For more information, contact the manufacturer, Adjmi, at 800.873.5570.

Baby 2 Pack Pacifiers are being recalled due to reports that the pacifier’s nipple can easily detach from the guard and pose a serious choking hazard. The recalled pacifiers have white and light blue plastic guards and were sold at dollar stores nationwide.
