How to Enter NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter, you must submit all required information on the entry form. All employees of Hero Nutritionals LLC (“Hero” or “Sponsor”), affiliates, subsidiaries, media representatives and their immediate household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the United States. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By registering for the Sweepstakes you will be agreeing, except where prohibited by law, that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Hero and that you automatically opt-in to receive email or other communications from Hero. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email communications or by contacting Hero directly. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Prizes Winners will be selected by Inland Empire Family from a random on-line drawing and Inland Empire Family will notify Hero. Winner will be awarded a prize consisting of twelve (12) cartons of Yummi Bears Gummy Vitamins. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. All prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. There is a limit of one entry per person and/or per family or household. Duplicate entries will be void. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Hero’s Clifford Sweepstakes, Official Winners List Request, 991 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, CA 92673. Requests for winners’ lists must be received within three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. General Rules and Participant Obligations By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Hero and its agents and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of California. |
