Jean’s Ceramic World. We’ll be having fun in June on Mondays–Fridays from 11am to 1pm, doing clay work, learning to paint, making picture frames with clay, and creating handprint impressions! Kids will learn marbleizing techniques, and how to paint different floral designs, pendants, their favorite cartoon characters, and much more. Snacks will be provided. In 2003, we launched our newest annual event, "The Children's Matsuri," to bring Japanese culture and fun to Southern California's kids. Join us for entertainment, food, educational crafts and games and lots of excitement on June 6, 2009. We'll have a Southern California koto ensemble, fresh Japanese food, martial arts demonstrations, a taiko drum performance, Japanese dance, and more!
